ALPHA — Glarium is in early testing. Sparks are fictional and have no monetary value until further notice.

Fees & Commissions

Exactly what Glarium takes, and what goes back to players.

Last updated: 14 May 2026

Glarium keeps fees simple and transparent. The numbers below apply now (Alpha) to the fictional Sparks economy, and will carry into Beta and Launch.

Free-for-all matches — 10% rake

Standard FFA matches carry a 10% rake. The rake is taken from the Sparks pool generated by the match; the remaining 90% stays with the players based on performance. There is no entry fee to play a normal FFA match during Alpha.

Tournaments — 5% rake

Sunday tournaments carry a 5% rake on the entry pool. The other 95% forms the prize pool, distributed as:

  • 60% to 1st place
  • 25% to 2nd place
  • 10% to 3rd place
  • 5% shared equally among everyone from 4th place down

Entry fees are 100 Sparks for Basic tournaments and 1000 Sparks for Elite tournaments (Elite requires Gold league, 1300+ ELO).

Withdrawals — network fee only

When USDC withdrawals go live (Beta on Devnet, Launch on Mainnet), Glarium does not add a percentage commission on withdrawals. A Solana network fee applies to cover the on-chain transaction. Any minimums or anti-fraud requirements will be published on the Withdraw page before they take effect.

Referrals — paid by Glarium, not by you

Referral rewards (20 Sparks per signup, 10 Sparks per $10 recharged) are funded by Glarium. They are not deducted from the referred player.

Summary

  • FFA matches: 10% rake.
  • Tournaments: 5% rake, 95% to the prize pool.
  • Withdrawals: no Glarium commission, only the Solana network fee.
  • No hidden fees. Any change to these numbers will be announced in advance.
