The rules for using Glarium and its services.

Glarium is in Alpha. Sparks are a fictional in-game currency with no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, or withdrawn during this phase. Glarium is a skill-based competitive game, not a gambling or betting service.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using glarium.io and the Glarium game client (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by Spanish and European Union law.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.
  • One account per person. Shared, sold, or transferred accounts may be suspended.

3. The Sparks economy

Sparks are an in-game scoring and progression currency. They are earned through match performance (kills, completions, MVP awards) and competition. Glarium operates a skill-based free-market model: outcomes are determined by player skill, not chance.

  • During Alpha, Sparks are fictional and have no cash value.
  • In later phases, Sparks may be linked to USDC on Solana. Any such feature will be governed by updated terms published before launch.
  • Glarium does not operate games of chance. There are no random-outcome wagers, loot boxes with monetary value, or betting pools.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, use aimbots, wallhacks, macros, or any unauthorized third-party software.
  • Manipulate matchmaking, ELO, tournaments, or the Sparks economy (including match-fixing or collusion).
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff. See our Code of Conduct.
  • Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt Glarium infrastructure, or other users' accounts.
  • Use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose.

5. Accounts, suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Code of Conduct, with or without notice depending on severity. Serious violations (cheating, fraud, economy manipulation) may result in permanent bans and forfeiture of Sparks. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

6. Alpha disclaimer & availability

The Service is provided "as is" during Alpha. Features, balance, the Sparks economy, and player data may change or be reset without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for lost progress, Sparks, or downtime during the Alpha and Beta phases.

7. Intellectual property

Glarium, its name, logo, game content, and website are owned by the Glarium project. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glarium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on glarium.io. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
