  • General questions about the game, the economy, or tournaments.

How to write a good report

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:

  • Your display name and the email on your account.
  • What happened, and what you expected to happen.
  • For match issues: the approximate date and time, and the map.
  • For cheating reports: the suspected player's name and what you observed.
  • Screenshots or a short clip if you have them.

Response times

Glarium is a small project in Alpha. We aim to reply to support email within a few business days. Security and account-safety issues are prioritized. Privacy requests are answered within one month, as required by the GDPR.
